Basic Life Support (BLS) is training that teaches life-saving skills such as CPR, using an AED, helping someone who is choking, and managing an unconscious casualty. It is commonly required for healthcare staff, care workers, and workplace first aiders.

Immediate Life Support (ILS) is a more advanced course designed for healthcare professionals and those who may be first on scene at a medical emergency. It includes airway management, oxygen therapy, AED use, and team-based response to cardiac arrest.

BLS covers core life-saving skills and is suitable for care staff, healthcare workers, and workplace first aiders. ILS is more advanced and designed for healthcare professionals and first responders, covering airway management, oxygen therapy, and team-based cardiac arrest response.

Training includes practical, hands-on scenarios such as CPR on adult, child, and infant manikins, AED use, recovery position, choking scenarios, airway management (ILS), oxygen use (ILS), and emergency scenario training.

ILS is typically suitable for ambulance staff, nurses, doctors, dental professionals, healthcare professionals, first responders, and team leaders in care environments.
